A team is created, including the personal team created alongside a new account. Creating additional teams requires Growth tier or higher.
Not currently delivered. Endpoints are scoped to a team, and an endpoint cannot exist for a team before that team does, so this event is not currently delivered to any subscriber. Poll the teams list if you need to observe team creation.
Caveats
- Creating an additional team requires the Growth tier or above. The personal team created at registration is not gated, so the event is emitted on every tier; it is the subsequent, explicit team creations that Free and Starter cannot reach.
- The personal team created with the account emits this too. Nothing in the payload distinguishes it from an explicitly created team.

Header Parameters
t=<unix seconds>,v1=<hex>: the HMAC-SHA256 of "<t>.<raw body>" under the endpoint's secret. Verify it before acting, and refuse a t more than 300 seconds from now. During a secret rotation a v0= signature under the previous secret may precede v1=.
The event's ULID, bare. The envelope's id is the same ULID prefixed evt_, so strip the prefix before comparing. Deduplicate on it: a retry carries the same id.
The event name, the same as the envelope's type.
