Revenue Recovery Addon
Unlock the cancellation offers and the win-back sequences of Revenue Recovery for $9 a month or $90 a year: prices, worked examples, and what removal does to the sequences and the offers.
The Revenue Recovery Addon unlocks the half of Revenue Recovery that is not on every plan: the offers the cancellation screen makes (a pause, a discount or a coupon to come back with) and the win-back sequences that reach a member after they leave.
| Unlocks | The cancellation offers and the win-back sequences |
| Monthly price | $9 USD per month |
| Annual price | $90 USD per year |
| Available on | Free (monthly only), Starter (monthly or annual) |
| Not sold on | Growth — it already includes both |
The notices and the grace window are on every plan
A failed renewal keeps the member's access for the grace window you set, with the four notices and the pay-again links, and a cancelling member is asked why, on Free and Starter as on Growth. The addon adds what the screen offers and what you send after they leave.
Growth already includes Revenue Recovery
If you are on Growth, there is nothing to buy: the offers and the sequences are part of the plan. Subscriby refuses the purchase rather than charging you for something you already have.
For the general rules — how addons are billed, added and removed — see Addons. This page covers what is specific to Revenue Recovery.
Which price you pay
The addon follows your plan's billing cycle, so the price depends on the plan you are on:
| Your plan | Billing cycle | Addon price |
|---|---|---|
| Free | Monthly only | $9 / mo |
| Starter monthly | Monthly | $9 / mo |
| Starter annual | Annual | $90 / yr |
| Growth | Either | Included — nothing to buy |
What paying annually saves you
| Amount | Monthly × 12 | Annual price | You save |
|---|---|---|---|
| Revenue Recovery Addon | $108 | $90 | $18 — two months free |
What the addon does not cover
The coupons the offers and the steps hand out are yours, from your own coupon codes: a discount costs you the discount, a return coupon costs you what it takes off the next purchase, and the addon only shows them and counts them. Your transaction fee on a recovered or returning payment is unchanged.
Adding it
Add it from Billing → Plans, in the Addons section. It takes effect immediately, and you are charged only for the days left in your current billing period. As soon as the payment succeeds the offers you had switched on start being shown, and the sequences you built start enrolling and sending — in the dashboard, the bots, the REST API and MCP alike.
Example: adding mid-month
You are on Starter monthly ($39), billed on the 1st. On 15 October you add the addon.
| Days left in the billing period | 17 of 31 |
| Charged today | $9 × 17/31 = $4.94 |
| Your invoice on 1 November | $39 + $9 = $48.00 |
Removing it
Removing takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, with no refund. Until that date the offers are shown and the sequences run as before; after it, the cancellation screen makes no offer, and every sequence holds its due steps.
A lapsed addon holds the sequences, it does not empty them
Your sequences, their steps and every member part-way through them stay as they are. Steps that fall due while the plan lacks the sequences wait; the moment your plan includes them again, on Growth or with the addon, the sweep sends them on. Your offer settings stay stored too, ignored by the screen until then.
Example: removing mid-month
You are on Starter monthly with the addon, billed on the 1st, and you remove it on 10 October.
| Refunded today | Nothing |
| The offers and sequences run until | 31 October, the end of the paid month |
| Your invoice on 1 November | $39.00 — no addon line |
