Unlock the Referral Program for $9 a month or $90 a year: prices, worked examples, and what removal does to a programme that is still owed commissions.
The Referral Program Addon unlocks the Referral Program — members become affiliates with a code and a link, and earn free membership days or a commission you pay out for the friends they bring in — on the plans that do not already include it.

Growth already includes the Referral Program
If you are on Growth, there is nothing to buy: the programme is part of the plan. Subscriby refuses the purchase rather than charging you for something you already have.

Which price you pay
The addon follows your plan's billing cycle, so the price depends on the plan you are on:

What the addon does not cover
The rewards themselves are yours. Free membership days cost you nothing but the days; a cash commission is money you pay the affiliate outside Subscriby, and the addon only tracks, holds and records it. Your transaction fee on a referred payment is unchanged.
Adding it
Add it from Billing → Plans, in the Addons section. It takes effect immediately, and you are charged only for the days left in your current billing period. As soon as the payment succeeds you can set the programme up — in the dashboard, the REST API and MCP alike — and your members see Refer & Earn in the portal and your bot.
Example: adding mid-month
You are on Starter monthly ($39), billed on the 1st. On 15 October you add the addon.

Removing it
Removing takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, with no refund. Until that date the programme runs as before; after it, the programme reads as lapsed: nothing new is attributed or earned, while what affiliates already earned stays.
A lapsed programme still owes its affiliates
Commissions already earned do not vanish with the addon. The dashboard keeps the ledger and the payouts open so you can pay what is owed, and the programme cannot be deleted while any affiliate is still owed a commission: record their payouts first, or pause it.
Example: removing mid-month
You are on Starter monthly with the addon, billed on the 1st, and you remove it on 10 October.
