get_recovery_incident
Read one Disaster Recovery incident by UUID — what the probes found and whether it has closed. Read-only.
Fetch one incident of the ledger the token reads, the same row list_recovery_incidents
pages: what the probes found, the installation or resource it concerns, when it was detected
and whether it has resolved. Use it to follow one incident across checks instead of paging
the list.
Read-only. Never mutates anything.
