get_team_member
Read one member of a team by their user UUID — name, email, role and ownership. Read-only.
Fetch one row of a team's roster, the same row list_team_members emits: the member's user
id, team_id, name, email, role_id, whether they own the team (is_owner) and when
they joined. Read it before update_team_member_role or remove_team_member to confirm whom
you are about to change.
Read-only. Never mutates anything.
