Creating an Account
Register for Subscriby as a creator with an email address and password, and optionally link the account you use on your community's platform from the first day.
By the end of this page, you'll have a Subscriby creator account with a password you can use to sign in from any browser, linked to your account on a connected platform if you chose to start from there.
This page is about becoming a creator — someone who builds a Subscriby project and sells subscriptions. If a creator invited you to help manage their project, you'll join through a team invitation email instead — see Teams & Roles. If you're an end subscriber paying for access to someone else's project, you don't need a Subscriby account at all; head to For Subscribers.
How creator registration works
A Subscriby account is email-first: an email address and a password are all it takes. On the same page you can instead press Continue with the platform your community lives on, authenticate with Subscriby's official bot there, and finish the same short form with your name pre-filled. Starting from a platform links that account to the new Subscriby account from day one, so the platform bot can reach you and you can sign in with one tap later. Why offer both? Subscriby runs memberships inside the platform your community lives on, and most creators want that link in place before they connect a project. But an account is yours whether or not a messaging platform vouched for it, and the platforms Subscriby speaks to are growing.
Step-by-step registration
Open the Subscriby registration page
Go to /register (or click Sign up for free on the /login page).
Choose how to start
- With an email address — fill in the form straight away. Nothing else is linked to the account yet.
- With a connected platform — click the Continue with button that names your platform. Its own sign-in opens; on mobile it usually jumps into the app, on desktop you confirm from your phone or scan a code. The platform shares your public profile (name, username if any, profile photo, and its own account ID) with Subscriby and redirects you back to the form with a notice that you are signing up with that account. Each connector's section shows the exact screens.
Fill in the registration form
- Name — Pre-filled from your platform profile when you started there. Edit it if you want a different display name. Minimum 5 characters.
- Email address — A real inbox you can check in the next few minutes; used for receipts, password resets, and login.
- Password — At least 12 characters with upper-case and lower-case letters, a number and a symbol. We also check it against public breach databases. The same policy applies when you reset or change your password later.
- Confirm password — Re-enter to catch typos.
Click Create Account
Your account is created — and linked to your platform account when you started from one. You'll be redirected to the sign-in page with a confirmation message.
Verify your email
Subscriby sends a verification message to the address you entered. Open it and click the button inside — see Verifying your email below.
Sign in
Once verified, sign in with your email and password at /login. If you linked a platform account, you can also tap its Continue with button — it's the same account either way.

Email verification is required before you can do anything meaningful inside Subscriby (like creating a project or enabling a payment method).
Open the verification email
Look for the message titled "Verify your email address". It arrives from a @subscriby.net address shortly after you submit the form.
Click the verification button
The link is valid for a limited time.
Land back on Subscriby
You're redirected to Subscriby with your email confirmed. You can now sign in freely.
What happens right after registration
Your account is created, but no project or subscription plan is set up automatically. From here, there are a few things you'll want to do in order.
Activate a creator plan
Free and paid tiers are available — even the free plan requires a valid payment method on file, because per-transaction fees apply regardless of tier. Paid tiers begin with a 7-day free trial that charges nothing until it ends; sales during it stay on the Free tier's 10% rate. See Activate your subscription.
Secure your account
Before you go any further, we strongly recommend securing your account with two-factor authentication or a passkey.
