request_account_export

Queue an archive of everything the creator's account holds — the account, its endpoints and platform subscription, and every project's plans, members, subscriptions, payments, coupons, dates and support conversations — as JSON files plus a workbook per project. Async; poll get_job_status, then read the link from get_account_export.

Start the build of the creator's account export, the same archive Settings → Profile → Export Your Data produces and POST /v1/me/export requests. It is the portability right as a tool call: an agent asked to "back up my Subscriby account" or "get me everything before I close the account" calls this, waits, then hands the creator the link.

The call opens a tracking row and returns at once with an export_id and a job_id. Poll get_job_status until status is completed, then call get_account_export for the signed download_url; the link lives a limited time and the archive itself is removed after its retention period, both named in that payload.

One at a time, one a day

One export may be in flight per account and one may be requested per day. A second request answers VALIDATION_FAILED with the reason and, for the daily limit, when the next one is allowed; read the existing export with get_account_export instead of queueing again.

The archive holds every member's personal data of the account. Tell the creator so when handing over the link, and never post the link anywhere but back to them.

Requires ability

The token behind the MCP session must hold it, or the call is refused with TOKEN_MISSING_ABILITY.

Runs the same action as

The REST endpoint and this tool share one action, so validation, permissions and events are identical.

Annotations

DestructiveOpen world

A client that honours annotations asks a person before running it. It reaches beyond Subscriby: a connector, a provider or a member.
