Exporting Data

Pull your access codes into Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable or a BI tool as CSV, on generation or later from the Access Codes page.

By the end of this page, you'll know how to pull your Subscriby project data into external tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, or a BI dashboard.

Subscriby offers two exports: a full account export of everything your account holds, and a direct CSV export for access codes.

Account export

From Settings → Profile → Export Your Data, click Export my data. The archive is built in the background and a download link is emailed to you, usually within minutes; the link works for 24 hours and the file is removed after 7 days, after which you can request a new one. One export can be built at a time and one can be requested per day.

The archive is a ZIP holding:

  • account.json — your account as GET /v1/me describes it: profile, teams, connected accounts and alert destinations.
  • webhook-endpoints.json and platform-subscription.json — your endpoints (never their signing secrets) and your own Subscriby plan with its invoices.
  • One folder per project under projects/, each with a JSON file per table in the shape the REST API publishes — project.json, plans.json, resources.json, payment-methods.json (never the provider keys), members.json, subscriptions.json, payments.json, coupons.json, pass-windows.json, support-conversations.json — and a workbook with a sheet per table for opening in a spreadsheet.

The same export is available over the API (POST /v1/me/export to request it and GET /v1/me/export to read its status and signed link, behind the account:export ability) and to an AI agent through the request_account_export and get_account_export MCP tools. Deleting your account builds this archive for you automatically; see Delete your account.

The archive holds your members' personal data. Keep it somewhere safe and delete it when you no longer need it.

Access codes export

Every batch of access codes you generate can be exported as a CSV — either automatically on generation, or retroactively from the Access Codes page.

Export columns

The CSV contains one row per code, with these columns:

ColumnContent
Access CodeThe redeemable code string itself (unique per code).
Plan NameThe subscription plan this code unlocks.
Join LinkA one-tap bot deep-link pre-filled with the code — paste it into emails, landing pages, or influencer packs.
Expires AtWhen the code itself becomes unredeemable. Blank if the code never expires.
PriceFace value of the plan (if the subscriber had paid for it normally).
CurrencyCurrency of the plan's price.
Started OnWhen the code was generated.
Ends OnWhen the resulting subscription would expire after redemption — only relevant for non-lifetime plans.

Export on generation

When you generate a batch of access codes, the bot automatically delivers them to you:

  • Small batches (< 25 codes) → individually forwardable messages, each containing one code and its join-link.
  • Large batches → a CSV file delivered in your chat with Subscriby's bot.

Save the CSV to your computer, cloud drive, or password manager. Keep it secure — anyone with a code can redeem it.

Retroactive export from the dashboard

If you've lost the original file or want a filtered subset:

Open Access Codes

Open the project's Access Codes page from the sidebar.

Apply filters

Apply any filters you want — by plan, status (redeemed / unredeemed), or expiry window.

Click Export

Click Export (typically a download icon in the toolbar).

Download the CSV

The CSV downloads to your browser with the columns described above, filtered to match the view.

What to do with exported codes

Other data you can read (without an export button)

Even without built-in exports, you can still extract most of your project's data:

Dashboard filters

Almost every filter on the Dashboard is copy-pasteable as a screenshot for reporting. For a quick monthly-review slide, filter to the month and screenshot the summary cards.

Per-subscription detail views

The Subscriptions page shows every field for each subscription — plan, payment method, status, dates, fees, the access code (if any), and the payment history. Paginate through and copy what you need.

Gateway dashboards

Your payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, etc.) has its own export functionality — often more detailed for financial reporting (invoice PDFs, transaction ledgers). Use those for accounting; use Subscriby for membership-level context.
