list_connector_spaces

List the places of one kind a project's installation of a connector could gate, as the platform lists them right now.

A connector whose installation can list the places it administers (a server's roles and channels) lets a creator pick one instead of answering a picker on the platform. This tool is that list, read from the platform on every call: a place made a moment ago is on it, a deleted one is not. Pass an external_id from here to create_resource_from_space to sell the place. Only a connector whose directory card declares space_browsing answers; the others take request_resource_link. The REST twin is GET /v1/projects/{project}/connectors/{key}/installation/spaces.

Requires ability

project-connector:view

The token behind the MCP session must hold it, or the call is refused with TOKEN_MISSING_ABILITY.

Runs the same action as

GET/v1/projects/{project}/connectors/{key}/installation/spaces

The REST endpoint and this tool share one action, so validation, permissions and events are identical.

Arguments

project_id*string

UUID of the project.

connector*string

The connector key, as `list_connectors` returns it; the connector must list its places.

kind*string

The kind of place to list: one of the connector's `resource_kinds`, as a bare word (`role`) or spelled `connector:kind` (`discord:role`).

How it fails

VALIDATION_FAILED

kind is not one of the connector's resource_kinds, or the connector does not list its places.

CONNECTOR_NOT_INSTALLED

the project has no installation of the connector.

CONNECTOR_NOT_CONNECTED

the installation cannot act right now.

RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND

project_id is not a project the token can see, or connector names no connector.

AUTHENTICATION_REQUIRED

no authenticated user on the request.

TOKEN_MISSING_ABILITY

token lacks project-connector:view.
