delete_sequence
Put a win-back sequence out of use. Destructive; every member part-way through leaves it, the history stays for the figures, and the id stops answering. Emits sequence.deleted.
Delete a sequence the creator no longer wants. Every member part-way through leaves it at once, as
sequence.exited with the reason deleted; the row
and its ledger rows stay, so the figures on
get_retention_stats do not move; and the id
stops answering. sequence.deleted emits once.
Destructive — confirm with a human first
Never undone: build a new sequence instead. To stop a sequence without losing it, set active to
false with update_sequence, which keeps the
steps and lets the creator switch it back on.
A second call on the same id answers RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND, exactly as an unknown or out-of-scope
sequence does.
Requires ability
The token behind the MCP session must hold it, or the call is refused with TOKEN_MISSING_ABILITY.
Runs the same action as
The REST endpoint and this tool share one action, so validation, permissions and events are identical.
Fires events
Delivered to every endpoint subscribed to it once the change is made.
Annotations
A client that honours annotations asks a person before running it.
