What a project teaches Subscriby Copilot, as it changes: an entry taught, an entry changed, an entry taken back. Knowledge is the page where a project writes down what only it knows, questions with their answers and guides, each cut into passages the Copilot is handed when a question matches; an entry marked for members lets the Copilot answer a member from it, in the inbox, the project bot and the portal chat, and an entry kept to the team serves the creator's own surfaces alone.

Every event in this family is about one project's Knowledge: project_id names it and the event is delivered to the endpoints of the project's team. The entry object names the entry and says what it is; it never carries the text.

Background

The text never travels

No knowledge.* payload carries the entry's body. That is deliberate: webhook deliveries are logged and retried, and what a creator wrote down for the Copilot, a team's private notes included, does not belong in a delivery log. Read the entry over the API when the words matter.

Required ability

Every event in this family requires project-knowledge:view at token mint time.
