Example Conversations
Six conversations as they happen: a project created with a button to open it, a churn question answered from the ledger, a coupon made at once beside a pause held behind a confirmation card, a member found by their connected account, a question about a Subscriby invoice handed to live support, and a follow-up tapped in the bot.
Each example is drawn the way the panel shows it, with what happened behind the answer. Names and figures are invented; the shape is exact.
A project in one sentence
- The creator wants a new project. The creator wants a new project. One tool creates it; nothing else is needed.
- Create project0.3s
- name · Christmas Giveaways
Christmas Giveaways is ready. It has no plan, no connector and no payment method yet; its portal address is live but empty.
Creating something new runs at once, so there was no card. Press View Christmas Giveaways and the dashboard opens the new project without leaving the thread; press Add a plan to it and the next turn starts with that request.
Who is about to churn?
Asked from a project's dashboard page, so the project needs no name.

Three members are at risk. Jane Fox (Gold): her card failed twice, the next retry is on 20 October and she has four days of grace left. Tom Ray (Silver): cancelled at the end of the cycle, access ends 2 November; he answered "too expensive" on the cancellation screen. Priya N. (Gold trial): the trial ends tomorrow and no card is on file.
Every figure came from the retention ledger and the member list; nothing was changed and no card was shown, because reads run at once.
A coupon at once, a pause behind a card
Two requests in one message: a new coupon, which runs at once, and a pause, which waits.

A coupon on the Gold plan, 20%, three months, one use, for Jane Fox; then a pause on Tom Ray's subscription. I should find both members and the plan first.

The coupon already exists; the pause has not happened yet, and the arguments on the card are exactly what will run. Press Cancel and the Copilot says so and stops there; press Confirm and:

JANE20 is live: 20% off the Gold plan for three months, one use. Tom's Silver subscription is paused until 1 November; he keeps his access until then and nothing is charged in between. I have not told either of them; say the word and I will.
Confirming counted as a turn; the earlier cancel, had you pressed it, would have cost nothing and left the coupon in place.

That is Ada Lovelace, a Gold member since March, next renewal on 2 November, last seen in the lounge yesterday. She has one open support conversation, "invite link expired", unread since this morning.
A member can be found by name, by email, by their account on a connector or by their ID; the Copilot picks the lookup.
A question about Subscriby itself
This is a question about Subscriby's own billing, not about your members.

- topic · billing
I can see one Subscriby invoice for October on your account, so a second charge may be a transaction-fee invoice or a card hold. I am handing this to the Subscriby team with your question so they can check the charges with you.
In the dashboard the live-support chat opens in the corner with the topic billing and your question attached; in your bot you get an ↗ Open live support button that opens the dashboard with the chat ready. Either way, you do not retype anything.
In your bot: a follow-up tapped
After "Which projects do I have?" the bot answered You have one project, Research Premium with two buttons, 💬 Add a plan to it and 💬 Who paid this week?. You tap the second.

Four payments, $48 in all: two Gold renewals on Monday, one new Silver member on Wednesday, and Priya's trial converted this morning.
The question is quoted above the answer because you tapped it rather than typed it. The turn cost one turn, like a typed message.
Writing good requests
Name the thing when more than one could fit ("the Gold plan", "Jane Fox"), say what you want to happen rather than how ("give her three months at 20% off" rather than naming a tool), and ask for a check before an action when you are unsure ("what would archiving this project do?"). The Copilot answers in whatever language you write.

Capabilities
Every area the Copilot reaches, grouped the way you run a membership: your business, your members and money, growth, and operations. For each area, what runs at once (reads and new things), what waits for your confirmation (changes, removals, sends and payments), and requests you can type as they are.
Turns & Credits
What counts as a turn, when a turn counts as two, the free turns every plan includes each month, the order a turn is paid in, what a suggested reply in the inbox costs instead, the monthly cap, auto top-up, who pays on a team, and what is never charged.
