Copilot in Your Bot
The same operator inside the bot your connector runs for you: the three doors into it, the thinking that streams while it works, the answer with its buttons, follow-up taps, confirmation cards, leaving and starting a new thread, and what happens when your credit runs out.
The platform bot, the one that onboarded you on your connector, carries the same Copilot as the dashboard. Nothing is different about what it can do or what it costs; only the conversation is the platform's: a streamed preview while it thinks, then a message with buttons.
A turn in the bot
Open it. ✨ Ask Copilot on the bot's home menu, ✨ Ask Copilot on a project card, which opens the Copilot about that project so "how many members?" needs no name, or the bot's own command for it. The opening message shows your free turns left this month and your Copilot Credits, with 🆕 New Thread, 🚪 Leave Copilot and « Back to Menu.
Type. From then on every message you send to the bot is a question for the Copilot, until you leave. Opening it from a different project than last time starts a fresh thread about the new one.
Watch the preview. The bot shows that the Copilot is thinking and keeps that display up to date as the turn goes on: the reasoning as it comes, a line per tool ("🔧 List projects"), and the answer as it is written. Nothing there is a message yet.
Read the answer. When the turn ends the preview gives way to a message that stays in the chat, formatted, with buttons under it.
Tap. A View button opens the dashboard signed in on this device, a follow-up sends the next question, Confirm runs a held action and Cancel drops it.

Four payments, $48 in all: two Gold renewals on Monday, one new Silver member on Wednesday, and Priya's trial converted this morning.
The second question is quoted above its answer because you tapped it rather than typed it. It cost one turn, like a typed message.
The buttons you will see
↗ View …
One button per dashboard page the turn's work opens at: ↗ View Christmas Giveaways, ↗ Open the plans. Each is a signed link that lands you in the dashboard already signed in on this device.
💬 Follow-ups
Up to three questions the Copilot expects next. Tapping one sends it; because you did not type it, the answer quotes the question above itself.
✅ Confirm and ❌ Cancel
Shown with a card when the Copilot wants to change or remove something that exists, send to members or move money. Your tap removes the buttons so a second tap does nothing; a confirm runs the action and the rest of the answer streams in; a cancel answers "Cancelled. Nothing was changed."
↗ Open live support
The hand-off for a question about Subscriby itself: it opens the dashboard signed in with the live chat already open and the Copilot thread attached.
💳 Top Up Copilot Credits
Answers a question the Copilot cannot be paid for, as a signed link to the Billing page. The opening message shows it too whenever your free turns and your credit are both spent. Nothing is charged for a refused question.
🆕 New Thread and 🚪 Leave Copilot
New Thread leaves the thread for a fresh one, still inside the Copilot. Leave Copilot stops routing your messages to it; the bot says so and offers the menu, and the next Ask Copilot continues the thread you left, unless you archived or deleted it in the dashboard, in which case a fresh one starts.
Wizards still win
Start any other flow from a button while the Copilot is open, a plan's edit, a coupon wizard, a support reply, and your next typed message answers that flow, not the Copilot. The Copilot takes only the messages nothing else is waiting for. The bot's cancel command clears everything the bot was doing, the Copilot included.

On your platform
On Telegram the command is /copilot, listed in the bot's menu, and /cancel is the command
that clears everything. While the Copilot works you see a streamed draft, "Subscriby Copilot is
thinking…", in Telegram's own thinking style; the answer then arrives as a rich message with its
buttons, formatted the way the Copilot wrote it.
| You send | The bot does |
|---|---|
/copilot | Opens the Copilot about your account, with the opening message |
| any text | Asks the Copilot, while it is open |
/cancel | Clears everything the bot was doing, the Copilot included |
/start | Shows the home menu, with ✨ Ask Copilot on it |
A Telegram Bot API server without rich message drafts, or a chat that refuses them, is answered the plain way: one message that says the Copilot is thinking, edited in place as the turn goes on and edited once more into the answer with its buttons. You lose the thinking style, nothing else. What your bot can do covers the rest of the Telegram platform bot.

Dashboard Panel
The Copilot sheet in the dashboard, end to end: opening it, the context chip, the start screen, threads, the composer, the work timeline and the streamed answer, View buttons and follow-ups, confirmation cards, the hand-off to live support and the credit line.
Copilot in Your Inbox
A reply drafted on request in the Support Inbox: the button beside your saved replies, what the draft is written from (the thread, the member's standing, your saved replies and the Knowledge passages that match) and what it is never given, Use and Dismiss, the $0.05 it costs and where that comes from, who may ask, why a member's message can never steer it, and the per-project switch that lets the Copilot answer a member's own-subscription questions and what your Knowledge covers itself.
