Capabilities
Every area the Copilot reaches, grouped the way you run a membership: your business, your members and money, growth, and operations. For each area, what runs at once (reads and new things), what waits for your confirmation (changes, removals, sends and payments), and requests you can type as they are.
The Copilot works through the same operations the dashboard, the REST API and the MCP server expose: around two hundred of them, every one bounded by your permissions. They come in three kinds, and the kind decides whether the Copilot asks you first.
Reads run at once
Lists, lookups, figures: members, a plan, revenue this week, a link's funnel. The Copilot calls them and answers; nothing changes.
New things run at once
A project, a plan, a coupon, a Smart Link, a sequence, a canned reply, a reply in the inbox, a team invitation. They add to your account and take nothing away, so the Copilot makes them and tells you, with a button to open the result.
Changes wait for your confirmation
Edit, publish, pause, cancel, ban, archive, delete, send a broadcast, pay out, rotate a secret: anything that changes or removes what exists, sends to members or moves money shows a card with the exact arguments and waits for Confirm.
In the tables below, Asks first marks the operations that show a card. Everything else runs the moment you ask.
Your business
Projects
| Runs at once | Asks first |
|---|---|
| The project list, one project, its support settings; create a project | Rename or edit a project, change its support settings, archive, restore, delete |
Plans, passes and series
| Runs at once | Asks first |
|---|---|
| Plans and one plan's detail, pass windows; create a plan, start the next season of a series, create a pass window, remind a window's queue | Edit, publish or unpublish, reorder or delete a plan; cancel a pass window |
Coupons and access codes
| Runs at once | Asks first |
|---|---|
| Coupons, access codes, what a batch of codes would cost; create a coupon, generate a batch of codes | Edit, activate, deactivate or delete a coupon |
Resources and connectors
| Runs at once | Asks first |
|---|---|
| Resources, connectors and installations, an uninstall preview; a manual resource, a request to link a place (the connector asks you to pick it), install a connector, verify it, run its doctor, restore access, change its settings | Edit, activate, deactivate, unlink or delete a resource; disconnect or uninstall a connector |
Members and money
Members and subscriptions
| Runs at once | Asks first |
|---|---|
| Members and subscribers with their status, one member in full, a member found by their connected account or their ID, their linked accounts, grants, recent payments, transactions, open creator tasks; remind a pass holder | Ban, kick, unban, unlink an account; pause, unpause, cancel or reactivate a subscription; reissue a member's access links; complete a creator task |
Money and figures
| Runs at once | Asks first |
|---|---|
| Headline metrics, the earnings timeline, revenue by plan and by composition, subscriber analytics, transaction breakdowns, connector analytics, your Transaction Fees and their monthly summary | Nothing here changes anything |
Support inbox
| Runs at once | Asks first |
|---|---|
| Conversations and one conversation's thread, canned replies; reply to a conversation, create a canned reply | Resolve, reopen or assign a conversation; block or unblock a contact; edit or delete a canned reply |
The ✨ button in the inbox's own composer is a different thing from these: a reply drafted for you to read and send yourself, written from the thread, for $0.05 rather than a turn. Copilot in Your Inbox covers it. Both that draft and a member's automated answer read the project's Knowledge: the passages that match the member's message travel with the prompt.
Broadcasts
| Runs at once | Asks first |
|---|---|
| Who a broadcast would reach | Send it |
Growth
Smart Links and Revenue Recovery
| Runs at once | Asks first |
|---|---|
| Links, one link with its funnel, Revenue Recovery settings and stats, cancellation feedback, the activity ledger, open and stalled checkouts, win-back sequences and their enrolments; a Smart Link, a sequence, editing a link, changing a Revenue Recovery setting | Archive a link, edit or delete a sequence |
Referral Program and Partner Program
| Runs at once | Asks first |
|---|---|
| The programme and its figures, affiliates, referrals, rewards and payouts; your Partner Program standing, referrals, commissions and payouts; add an affiliate, accept the partner terms | Change, pause, resume or delete the programme; approve or suspend an affiliate; record a payout; change your partner payout details |
Operations and account
Disaster Recovery
| Runs at once | Asks first |
|---|---|
| Readiness, allowances, settings, the roll call, standbys, incidents and operations; request a standby or a replacement, withdraw a request, set mirroring, change the settings, nudge members waiting to be re-admitted | Use a standby, remove a standby, notify members of a recovery, revert an operation |
Team
| Runs at once | Asks first |
|---|---|
| Teams, members, roles, groups; create a team, a role, a group; invite a member | Rename or delete a team, change a member's role, remove a member, cancel an invitation, edit or delete a role, edit, sync or delete a group |
Webhooks, tokens and your account
| Runs at once | Asks first |
|---|---|
| Endpoints, deliveries, personal access tokens, your notifications, your account export, your own profile; create or test an endpoint, retry failed deliveries, mark notifications read, request an account export | Pause, resume or delete an endpoint, rotate its secret, revoke a token |
What it cannot do
- Anything your role does not allow. A tool refuses, and the Copilot says so.
- Spend your money on Subscriby. It cannot buy a plan, an addon or a Copilot Credits pack, and it cannot touch your payment methods at Subscriby.
- Reach another account's data, or act for a member.
- Answer for Subscriby itself. A question about your Subscriby invoice, a bug or a feature is handed to a person (Dashboard Panel).
New things run at once, by design
Creating something adds to your account and takes nothing away, so a new coupon or plan appears without a card and the Copilot tells you what it made with a button to open it. Anything that edits, removes, sends to members or moves money is shown first, because that is where a mistake costs something.

Digest & Alerts
The two times Subscriby Copilot speaks first: a digest every Monday at seven in your own time zone, written in words from your week's figures with up to three steps worth doing, and an alert when a project breaks its own pattern (payments failing far more than usual, a day of cancellations, a payment rail on which every attempt failed). Where each reaches you, what they are written from, why neither costs anything, and how to route or quieten them.
Example Conversations
Six conversations as they happen: a project created with a button to open it, a churn question answered from the ledger, a coupon made at once beside a pause held behind a confirmation card, a member found by their connected account, a question about a Subscriby invoice handed to live support, and a follow-up tapped in the bot.
