Partner Program
Bring other creators to Subscriby and earn from 5% up to 30% of every invoice they pay for twelve months, settled as Subscriby Credit or paid out in cash, with a 20% welcome discount for the creators you refer.
The Partner Program is Subscriby's own referral scheme, for creators who bring other creators to Subscriby. Share your partner link; a creator who signs up through it and pays for a Starter or Growth plan earns you a share of every invoice they pay Subscriby for the next twelve months: their plan, their addons and their transaction fees, renewals included. You take it as Subscriby Credit on your own invoices or as a cash payout once a month, and the creator you referred pays 20% less for their first three months.
Not the same thing as a Referral Program
A Referral Program rewards your members for the friends they bring to your community, with rewards you set and pay. The Partner Program rewards you for the creators you bring to Subscriby, with a commission Subscriby pays. You can run both.
How much you earn
Every partner starts at 5% of each invoice's total before tax and after any discount, and the rate climbs a ladder, capped at 30%:
| Points from | Adds |
|---|---|
| A long-form video review or tutorial (8 minutes or more) on YouTube | up to 10 |
| A short-form video on TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts | up to 5 |
| A comparison or review article on your blog or Medium | up to 5 |
| A written case study of your own community | up to 5 |
| Your partner link in the public description of a community you run | up to 3 |
| Reaching 10 paying referrals | 5 |
| Reaching 25 paying referrals | 5 |
A commitment's points scale with the audience you promise it on: an audience under 10,000 earns no points, 10,001 to 50,000 earns half, and the share grows with each band up to the full points at one million or more. Your rate is written onto every referral the moment they convert, and a referral keeps the rate it was promised. A raise reaches every creator still inside their commission period; a drop (a lapsed commitment, see below) touches only creators who convert from then on, and recalculates commissions not yet paid out.
Because the base is the invoice after the discount, the three discounted months earn a little less: at 5%, a Starter referral earns $1.56 on each $31.20 invoice, then $1.95 on $39; at 30% it is $9.36, then $11.70. A Growth referral at 30% earns $21.36, then $26.70.
Applying
Open Partner Program
In the dashboard sidebar, above Notifications Center, open Partner Program. The page explains the programme and opens the application. In the Subscriby bot, the 🤝 Partner Program button on the home menu shows the same terms and points you to the application.
Say who you are and where your audience lives
Describe yourself and how you would promote Subscriby, add your website if you have one, and list the places your audience lives: one row per profile, page, list or community, with its public address and its reach band. The address is the only proof the figure has, so give the one anyone can open.
Choose your commitments
Tick the promotions you undertake and say which audience each is done on; a commitment only fits an audience of the right kind (a long-form video needs a YouTube channel, an article a blog or Medium). The form shows the rate you will earn once each is verified. You can add commitments later from the Partner Program page, on an audience you declared or a new one.
Tell us how you expect to be paid, and accept the terms
Choose the payout rail you expect to use and the volume you expect to refer, so we can see whether we can pay you the way you want; you choose the rail for real once you are approved. Read the Partner Program Terms, accept them and submit.
Every application is read by hand and answered by email, usually within a few days. An approval mints your code and starts the proof clocks on your commitments; a decline says why, and you may apply again 90 days later. The dashboard page shows the state throughout.
Your link and your code
Once approved, the Your partner link card shows:
- Web link:
app.subscriby.net/r/YOURCODE. It remembers the visitor for 60 days and lands them on the Subscriby home page with the welcome offer shown. - Partner code: seven characters a creator can type on the sign-up page under Have a partner code? when the link was not used.
- A bot link per connector that signs creators up, opening the sign-up conversation with your code attached.
- A ready-to-share sentence with the offer and your link.
The first touch wins: a creator who opened your link is yours even if another partner's link is opened later, and a typed code never overrides a link. Only new accounts count; an existing creator can neither be referred nor refer themselves.
What converts, and what earns
A referral starts as signed up and converts when the creator pays their first Starter or Growth invoice within 180 days of signing up. A free trial, a zero invoice and the Free plan on its own convert nothing; a referral that sees no paid invoice inside the window expires quietly. From conversion, every invoice the creator pays for twelve months earns a commission, even if they later move to Free and pay transaction fees alone.
Each commission is born pending inside a 30-day hold, then becomes payable. A full refund or a dispute inside the hold reverses it; one after the money was settled writes a clawback your next settlement nets. Partial refunds reverse nothing.
Referrals that look like you are held for review
A sign-up paid with your own card, created from your own network, under an alias of your own email, or among too many sign-ups from one link in a day is held for review and earns nothing until we decide. A referral we reject after review reverses everything it earned. A referred creator who paid but never created a project may be left out of a payout run.
Commitments and proof
You have 60 days from approval, or from the day you added a commitment, to submit proof: the public address where the work can be seen. From the Your commitments and rate card, press Submit Proof on the commitment and paste the address; we verify every proof by hand, and the points count from the moment we verify, not before. A video is verified no earlier than 14 days after it was published and only once it has 1,000 views or more; an article or a case study must be live; a community link must sit in the public description or a pinned post.
A commitment with no proof by its due date lapses, and verified work that later disappears or goes private is treated the same way: its points are withdrawn, your rate goes back down on every creator still earning you a commission, and commissions not yet paid out are recalculated. Submit proof again to count it once more.
Getting paid
Press Payout Details on the Your standing card to choose how you are paid:
| Rail | What it needs |
|---|---|
| Subscriby Credit | Nothing. Each payable commission is applied to your own invoices at once, with no minimum. Offered while the rail is open. |
| PayPal | Your PayPal email. |
| Wise / Remitly | The bank account: the name on it, the bank, its country, the account number or IBAN, and the SWIFT, branch or routing code when the transfer needs one. |
| USDT (TRC20) | Your wallet address. |
Every cash rail also asks for the legal name the payment is made out to, your country of tax residence and whether you are a US person for tax purposes, and you accept the Partner Program Terms before the first save. Cash is paid once a month from $50 of payable balance, less the transfer fees of the rail; a smaller balance waits for the next run. The Payouts tab lists every payout with its reference, and the Commissions tab the ledger behind it.
What a rail pays to is stored encrypted and shown nowhere: the dashboard says only which rail and whether it is complete, and the API, the MCP tools and the bot say the same.
Where it shows up
- Alerts. The Partner Program class carries a creator you referred signing up and converting, each commission earned, approved, credited or reversed, and every payout; route it like any other class under Settings → Notifications.
- The bot. The 🤝 Partner Program button on the bot's home menu shows your standing, the referrals, the commissions and the payouts, lets you submit proof and add a commitment, and records your payout details.
- The API and MCP.
