Admin Commands
Every /subscriby-admin slash command, group by group: projects, plans, coupons, places, payments, codes, broadcasts, the inbox, programs, design, recovery and the Copilot, with the options each takes.
/subscriby-admin is the creator toolkit as slash commands. Discord shows it only to members with
Manage Server, it works only inside a server, and every answer is private to you. It is not a
second product: each command runs the same operation the dashboard, the API and the apps run, with
the same checks, so what you do here is what you would have done there.
Before a command runs
Every command checks four things, and tells you which one failed:
- You are in a connected server. The server names the project; a command in a server nobody connected is answered with the way to connect it.
- You hold Manage Server on that server.
- Your Discord account is linked to a creator account (from installing, from Settings → Security → Linked accounts, or from signing up with Discord).
- That creator manages the project: the owner, or a teammate with the permission the command needs. Being an administrator of the server is not enough; the project decides.
Confirmations are buttons
A command that cannot be undone, such as deleting a plan, generating a billed batch of codes or sending a broadcast, shows what it is about to do and a button. The button works for ten minutes and only for you; pressed later, or by someone else, it answers that it has expired and nothing happens.
Names, not IDs: a plan, a place, a coupon, a gateway, a currency, a member or an affiliate is typed by name or code, and the command resolves it against what the project has. A name two things share comes back with both, so you can be more specific.
Projects
/subscriby-admin project … — your projects: list them, create one, change or delete this server's.

Plans

Passes and pass series are created on the dashboard; the commands list and edit them like any plan.
Coupons and access codes

Places on sale
/subscriby-admin gate … — put a place on sale: a role, a channel, or the whole server.

app last found each. /subscriby-admin setup [name] builds the members area in one go: see Running

Payment methods
/subscriby-admin payments … — the ways members can pay. No gateway is hard-coded: the commands
offer whatever Subscriby supports at the time.

Broadcasts, alerts and the Copilot

The audiences a broadcast can name from Discord are the segments that need no pass window: everyone, customers, trialing, leads, churned, expiring soon, cancelled but still active, paused. Pass-window segments are sent from the dashboard.
The support inbox and the relay
/subscriby-admin inbox … and /subscriby-admin relay …

inbox read member | The last messages of one conversation, by the member's name or the conversation ID. |

inbox resolve member / inbox reopen member | Closes a conversation (a new message reopens it), or opens a resolved one again. |
relay show | Which forum is picked for support threads, and where the relay mode is set. |
relay set | Picks the forum from this server's channels, through Discord's menu. |
relay off | Unlinks the forum; messages still reach the inbox. |
Whether support is relayed into your direct messages or into a forum is the project's Support setting on the dashboard.
The Referral Program
/subscriby-admin referrals … — members refer friends and earn free days or a commission.

payout affiliate [amount] [currency] [reference] [note] | Records a payout you made, after a confirmation; everything payable unless told otherwise. |
setup takes: reward (free days or a cash commission), days, commission (how it is sized),
rate, currency, months (0 for the first payment only), for_life, hold, friend,
friend_days, coupon, join, approval, question, terms. The word none clears the
question or the terms.
The Partner Program
/subscriby-admin partner … — refer creators and earn a share of what they pay. These commands act
on you, not on a project, so any server you manage will do.

The banner image, the project photo and every list in the designer (social links, perks, questions, pictures, quotes) stay on the dashboard, because a row cannot travel in one option.
Tasks, connectors and events

Disaster Recovery

standby place [mirror] | Picks a spare role or channel that stands by for a place on sale, from Discord's menu; mirror copies a channel's posts into it. |
replace place | Points a place on sale at the role or channel that takes over from the one it lost. |
A standby server, or a server that takes over, is picked on the Prevention page of the dashboard: Discord has no menu for servers. See Replacing roles and channels.
The member's side
Members have their own command, /subscriby, described on What the app can
do. Nothing you do with /subscriby-admin is
visible to them beyond its effects.
